Our team of environmental consultants, engineers, planners, surveyors and architects are committed to providing our clients with professional and innovative solutions. The Geolyse team guides clients through the entire planning, design or construction process, from environmental assessments and land surveys through to engineering and architectural designs. Over the final 25 years we have worked with our clients on all areas relating to land use development including the areas of civil, structural, environmental, town planning surveying and architecture. 1990 Matthew Thorpe joined the company bringing extra survey and town planning skills to the company. This office initially offered surveying services with the courteous engineering, town planning and environmental assessment being provided from the Dumbo office. The Award also recognizes the company’s labor placements for engineering, architectural and environmental university students and encourage for local skills' development with work experience placement of high school students. Geolyse were arrogant to be named as the winner in the Excellence in Business Category! Geolyse teamed with Orange City Council to be an integral portion of the Orange innovative storm water harvesting scheme. Geolyse developed the concept, undertook the environmental impact assessment and prepared the design for this ground breaking project to supplement the water supply of Orange. This project has achieved eight major engineering and sustainability awards since its implementation. Geolyse is elated to promote local groups and organizations in the Central MSW Region. Matt is a director of the company, a registered surveyor and town planner with over 29 years experience in the land development industry. Ongoing management providing survey, courteous engineering and planning services for the estate. I’m Stephen, I have been occupied at Geolyse for over 20 years. I have over 29 years’ experience in polite engineering design, traffic engineering, construction supervision and contract management. Project Management of construction projects for subdivisions, water and sewer infrastructure, industrial development and other major polite works. Martin has over 20 years experience as an Environmental Engineer and has successfully developed project specific water resource assessment models. Martin is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 20 years experience undertaking engineering feasibility studies, water cycle management studies, hydro rational and hydraulic studies, soil and water management and the design and management of hard and liquid waste management systems. Martin has special expertise in the development of innovative solutions for water supply schemes and waste management. Andrew brings over experience undertaking environmental impact assessments, compliance audits, preparation of environmental management plans and the design and implementation of environmental management systems for a suite of infrastructure and development projects. Andrew manages the Environmental Services team within Geolyse and has over 20 years experience undertaking environmental impact assessments, compliance audits, preparation of environmental management plans and the design and implementation of environmental management systems for a suite of infrastructure and development projects. I’m Warren, I have been working at Geolyse for over 10 years.

As one of Australia’s oldest and most prosperous diversified land use consulting companies, Geolyse began in June 1989 as Haynes Wheeler and Company and for most of its premature history was primarily involved with the provision of services and merchandise to businesses in regional MSW. 1990 Matthew Thorpe joined the company bringing extra survey and town planning skills to the company. The company also maintained an office in Coonabarabran operating out of the premises of a local solicitor. 1991 The company expanded with the addition of a fresh office in Lords Place, Orange through the purchase of Alfred Stephen and Raymond. Geolyse is proud to be able to state that an original employee of that company remains with Geolyse to this day. This office initially offered surveying services with the civil engineering, town planning and environmental assessment being provided from the Dumbo office. The Orange office relocated to larger premises in Sale Street.

Peter has a broad spectrum of skills that include design of infrastructure, asset management, project management, and strategic planning along with analytical and problem solving skills. He has comprehensive experience in the civil engineering design of residential, rural residential and industrial subdivisions, road and intersection design and an aptitude to liaise with government authorities, councils, community groups and other industries. Martin is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 20 years experience undertaking engineering feasibility studies, water cycle management studies, hydro logical and hydraulic studies, soil and water management and the design and management of firm and liquid waste management systems. Geolyse has a team of environmental consultants who are highly skilled and experienced in all areas of environmental impact assessment, environmental management and engineering and ecological assessment. We yield a range of Environmental Services including: EDP’s for regional waste management facilities and construction projects. Andrew manages the Environmental Services team within Geolyse and has over 20 years experience in the conduct of environmental impact assessments and environmental investigations for a range of private and public infrastructure projects across a different number of industry sectors. Engineering Surveys including construction set out, detail surveys and irrigation surveys. Phil is a Registered Surveyor with thirty years experience in undertaking all types of boundary surveys, both urban and rural areas including strata and community titles topographic and mining surveys engineering surveys for road and utility works, construction surveys and boa surveys.
